We prove it at your doorstep. Every item arrives in a sealed bag. Our executive opens this seal in front of you. Inspect it thoroughly — fabric, frame, wheels, everything. If you're not satisfied with the cleanliness, reject it on the spot. Zero charge. No questions. Once you accept delivery and sign, the hygiene inspection is complete.

We use industry-standard cleaning processes to ensure every item is safe for your baby. For surface wiping, we use disinfectant certified safe for infants once dried. No harsh bleaches.

Zero-accident policy. We never rent a car seat that has been in even a minor bump. After every rental, we inspect the EPS foam (shock absorber) for micro-cracks. We retire car seats 2 years before manufacturer expiry — not on the expiry date. At delivery, we demonstrate the harness lock and show you how to install it properly.

Relax — baby messes are expected. Here's what's covered under 'Normal Usage':

Covered (No charge): Baby spit-ups and milk spills, food stains from feeding, diaper leaks, minor scratches from regular use, fabric wear from daily use.

Not Covered: Damage from children over 3 years old, damage from adults/pets/accidents, broken parts from misuse (jumping, throwing, dropping), stains from paint/ink/permanent substances, missing parts or accessories.

If it can be cleaned or is normal baby wear — you pay nothing.

We're fair, not greedy. Here's exactly how damage charges work:

Minor Damage (Small parts): You pay only for that specific part. Example: Broken wheel = ₹150-250, not your full deposit.

Major Damage (Frame/structure): Only if the main frame is cracked or item is unusable, we charge up to 70% of item value — never 100%.

Lost Item: Full deposit retained.

Our Promise: We photograph any damage at pickup and show you. We provide the repair bill/quote. No hidden deductions — you see exactly what and why.

Mandatory Video Inspection: At delivery, you MUST record a short video (10-15 seconds) showing all sides of the item. Our executive will remind you. This video is your proof.

Why this matters: Without a delivery video, any damage found at return is assumed to have happened during your rental. No exceptions.

If you spot existing scratches or marks: Tell our executive immediately. We note it in our system. You're never blamed for what was already there — but only if you report it at delivery.

Think about what happens after. Buy a ₹6,000 stroller, use it for 6 months, then store it for 3 years taking up space. Try selling it — you'll get ₹1,500 if lucky.

Rent it: Pay ₹3,000 for 3 months of actual use. We pick it up the day you're done. Zero storage. Zero resale headache. Zero clutter.

You're not paying for the product. You're paying for the convenience of not owning it.

Standard Delivery: We offer free delivery within our primary service zones (up to defined km limits). Beyond that, a nominal distance fee may apply to cover logistics.
