The "No Spam" Promise
The Short Version
We hate spam calls. We will NEVER sell your phone number to banks, loan agents, or real estate spammers. We only use your data to deliver your item and return your deposit.
1. What We Collect
- Name & Phone: To call you when we are at the gate.
- Address: To know where to send the gear.
- ID Proof: (Aadhaar/PAN) strictly for verification against theft. Stored offline and deleted 30 days after rental.
2. Where Your Data Goes
- Delivery Partners: Shared with Porter/Delivery only for the delivery window.
- Payment: Processed via secure gateways (UPI/Razorpay). We do not store card details.
3. The "No Marketing" Rule
We will send WhatsApp updates about your active order. We might send you one offer if you are a recurring user. We will NOT bombard you with daily SMS.
4. Your Rights (Deletion)
Want your data gone? WhatsApp us "DELETE MY DATA" after your rental, and our founder will personally confirm its deletion.
