1. The "Fair Play" Rental Agreement
By renting from HomieHyra, you agree to treat the items as if they were your own. We promise to deliver clean, safe, and functional gear. You promise to return it in good condition.
2. Safety & Inspection
- Our Promise: We verify every item's safety limits (brakes, harness, locks) in front of you at delivery.
- Your Duty: You must inspect the item at delivery. Once you accept it, you acknowledge it is safe to use.
- Liability: HomieHyra is not liable for accidents resulting from misuse or ignoring safety guidelines (e.g., weight limits).
3. Damage Policy (Fair Wear & Tear)
We understand kids are messy. We don't charge for normal wear and tear.
- Minor Stains/Dirt: ₹0 Charge. We clean it.
- Broken Parts (Repairable): You pay actual repair cost (e.g., ₹400 for a wheel).
- Total Loss/Theft: You are liable for 70% of the item's MRP.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Security Deposit: Refunded instantly via UPI at the time of pickup, after a quick condition check.
Rental Cancellations:
- > 24 hrs before delivery: Full Refund.
- < 24 hrs before delivery: ₹100 Cancellation Fee.
